Legislative Look Up Form
The Minnesota Oral Health Coalition (MOHC) is coordinating virtual legislative meetings later this spring. The meetings will consist of invited legislators together with other oral health champions from your area of Minnesota. The MOHC will provide talking points and conduct on online orientation prior to the meeting. By signing up using the Legislative Look Up Form, you are helping us identify the legislators in your area and providing your contact information to help us schedule the meetings. Information you provide is confidential and not shared.
